Five slots.
Founding rates that
don’t expire.
A direct line to the people who built it. We're choosing our first five customers carefully — and giving them something we can't give the hundred who come after.
The Founding Partner program is open until five slots are filled. After that, the program closes permanently — not as a marketing trick, but because we can deliver white-glove implementation to five partners at once. We cannot deliver it to a hundred. If you're reading this and the program is still open, you're early.
What Founding Partners receive that no one else will.
Founding rates that don’t expire.
Two commitments, not one. For 24 months, nothing moves — the Implementation & Launch fee and monthly rate you sign at are frozen, and any later increase is capped at 10% a year while the deployment scope is unchanged.
And Founding Partner status never expires. When list prices rise — and they will — you stay on Founding Partner rates for as long as your deployment is active. You don’t get re-priced into a later cohort.
We won’t promise a fixed number forever, because inference and telephony costs aren’t ours to fix. So we locked the part we fully control: your position relative to list price, permanently. That’s a promise we can still honor in five years.
A direct line to the operators.
No support tickets. No account manager layer. No customer success team between you and the people who built the product. You email us, we answer — same business day, and within four business hours during our support window. When something breaks, you talk to the engineer who wrote the code.
Roadmap influence.
The features we build next are the features Founding Partners tell us they need. No committees. No prioritization theater. If three of you ask for the same integration, we build it. If one of you needs something specific to your operation, we’ll tell you honestly whether we can ship it and when.
Case study and product feedback — what we ask in return.
Founding Partner pricing is not a discount for showing up. In exchange, we ask for two things in writing: permission to publish a case study on your deployment (we write it, you approve every word, and you can keep your company name out of it), and structured product feedback — a scheduled session each month where you tell us what’s working and what isn’t.
Three things we want to name upfront.
You’re going to be early.
Aria works. The 65% Launch Guarantee is real and we’ll honor it. But this is a company in its first chapter, and you’ll occasionally hit edge cases we haven’t seen before. When that happens we respond by severity: for a production outage or a customer-facing failure, we acknowledge within one business hour and work it continuously until it’s resolved.
We may say no.
Not every operation is a fit for Aria yet. If your business is in an industry we haven’t deployed into, or if your ticket volume is below where the math works for either of us, we’ll tell you on the discovery call before you’ve spent a dollar. We’d rather lose a Founding Partner than ship a deployment that won’t succeed.
The program closes when it closes.
We’re opening five Founding Partner slots, not fifty. When they’re filled, the page comes down. Pricing returns to standard. The direct-line access becomes a customer success function like every other software company. That number isn’t marketing scarcity — five is genuinely how many deployments we can implement and support at this level at once.
- Running a real customer support operation — 500 to 25,000 conversations per month
- Priced out of, frustrated by, or burned by the existing AI support platforms
- Already done the math on hiring two more agents and concluded there has to be a better way
- Trust your own judgment more than analyst reports and category leader rankings
- Need a six-month procurement cycle before you'll buy
- Need three reference calls and a Gartner Magic Quadrant placement
- Need analyst validation more than you need a working deployment
The companies that wait for those things will buy from us eventually. They won't be Founding Partners.
If the program is still open, you're early enough to be one of the five.
Or skip the form and just write us: hello@customerserviceprofessional.com. One of us will answer today.
